Security Officer – Sterling Heights $16/hr

Liberty Security Group is now hiring for full/part-time security officers for locations in and around Sterling Heights. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND!

This position involves outdoor responsibilities and may require exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Candidates must be prepared to work in both indoor and outdoor environments as part of their regular duties.

Starting Compensation: 16.00 per Hour

Typical Job Duties:

• We set you up for success and give you the training to perform your post order duties.
• Observe and report issues or problems that occur during your shift.
• Greet customers and screen guests at sites and events.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will:

• MUST be able to pass a criminal background check i.e. no felonies, active warrants, weapons charges, violent or fraudulent misdemeanors.
• Be available at least two separate shifts days/afternoons/midnights
• Weekend availability
• Must have a valid DL or State ID
• Reliable transportation
• Have a customer service mindset
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Access to a working cell phone
• *This job requires candidates to walk, sit, or stand for long periods of time and may require lifting objects over 30 lbs.

• Customer Service

• Hourly rounds
• Radio etiquette
• Exterior Patrols

Required experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year

Required education:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
